1) Intensive Phase: Program Isonutrietica Residential in Hotel, takes 7 days, under the direct supervision of a qualified doctor, and consists of:

• Personalized diet and balanced.
• Daily nutrition, customized and integrated with Nutrietica ® Products
• Aerobic activities. The Fitness Center and the Park Hotel are the ideal places for such activities.
• Wellness path spa in the hotel (Jacuzzi, sauna, bio sauna, turkish bath, water paradise, ice fountain, relax lounge)
• Massages and body treatments with products Perfection Centro Messegué Cosmetique

The program allows to achieve good results during the week.
You lose fat mainly in the desired points, while preserving muscle mass.

2) Phase equilibrating: Complete the program directly at home, following the recommendations of our nutritionist.

• At this stage you assume NAD 2 per day.
• Achieved the desired result you suspend your program and continue with a balanced and varied diet.
