Cancellation policy

The reservation can be canceled with no penalty if the request is notified no later than 18.00 two days prior to arrival.
For cancellations after this deadline will be charged the first night.
For the non-arrival or early departure, there is a penalty equal to 100% of the stay.

In the weeks of Easter, August, New Year and Epiphany, the reservation may be canceled without penalty, if the request is communicated by 18.00 of 7 days before arrival.
For cancellations after this deadline, or non-arrival or early departure, there is a penalty equal to 100% of the stay.
